Christmas Party Information

Student Christmas Party

• Open to all current Academy members.
• Starts at 8:00pm on Thursday the 12th of December 2019 at Sydney HQ.
• Join us for an awesome night of games and activities!
• Light food and drink will be provided, including vegetarian and gluten-free options.
• We will be drawing a raffle to raise funds for the Sifu Jim Fung Memorial Fund for Cancer Research.
  
  $10 for 1 ticket, $20 for 3 tickets, $30 for 6 tickets or $40 for 12 tickets (maximum of 12 tickets per student). All funds raised go to the Memorial Fund.
  • First Prize: $100 EFTPOS Voucher and a Wing Chun T-Shirt
  • Second Prize: $50 EFTPOS Voucher and a Wing Chun T-Shirt
  • Third Prize: Wing Chun DVD
  • Fourth Prize: Wing Chun Blue Blook

Instructor Christmas Party

• Open to all current Academy Instructors and Trainee Instructors.
• Starts at 8:00pm on Wednesday the 11th of December 2019 at Sydney HQ.
• Please wear full uniform for our annual photograph and award presentations.
• Catered food and drink will be provided.

Important Information Regarding Training Plan Suspensions

As stated on your Direct Debit Agreement, holiday suspensions are not automatic.

If you wish to suspend your Training Plan over the holiday period, please click the button below to launch our Holiday Suspension Request Form.

You must submit your request by Friday the 13th of December 2019 (3 days prior to our last day of training for 2019). Unfortunately our system does not allow us to backdate Training Plan suspensions.
