Current Career Opportunities

Training Supervisor - Full-time

Employment Details

  • Monday to Friday (38 hours per week)
  • Above award pay and all entitlements under the National Employment Standards
  • Salary guide - equivalent to a Retail Store Manager salary (exact remuneration provided upon application)

Core Responsibilities

  • Supervision of classes and teaching personnel
  • Rostering of classes and Gradings
  • Sales and enrolments
  • Course development

Pre-requisites

The Training Supervisor role is open to current Trainee Instructors and Instructors of the International Wing Chun Academy.

  • Teaching experience at the International Wing Chun Academy
  • Prior experience as a manager or team leader
  • High level of computer literacy

Front Desk (Weekdays) - Casual

Employment Details

  • Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (at least 2 of these 3 days)*
  • From 4:00pm to 8:30pm (4.5 hours) or 4:30pm to 8:30pm (4 hours)
  • Above award pay and all entitlements National Employment Standards
  • Salary guide - equivalent to a Retail Store Manager salary (exact remuneration provided upon application)

*You must be able to work at least 2 consecutive weekdays from Monday to Wednesday. Your working days will be determined at the commencement of your employment and will not be variable. Please specify which days you are available in your application.

  • Sales and enrolments
  • Customer service
  • Basic administration

Front Desk (Saturdays) - Casual

Employment Details

  • Saturdays
  • From 10:45am to 5:00pm (5.75 hours plus a 0.5 hour unpaid break)
  • Above award pay and all entitlements, including the applicable penalty rate
  • Salary guide - equivalent to a Retail Store Manager salary (exact remuneration provided upon application)

Core Responsibilities and Pre-requisites are the same as the Front Desk (Weekday) role.
