Temporary Closure

23/03/2020

We regret to inform our members that as of midday on Monday 23/03/2020, we have suspended training at all locations due to the NSW Government's shutdown of all non-essential services.

Although the coming months will be difficult for all of us, we are confident that we will be able to resume classes in some capacity as soon as the NSW Government permits.

We sincerely thank all students and trainers at the Academy for training and teaching with us in the weeks leading up to today's shutdown.

We look forward to seeing you back as soon as we can reopen.

Stay strong and healthy.

Frequently Asked Questions

What will happen to my Training Plan?

We are currently working with our student database and direct debit providers to suspend all Training Plans until we reopen.

If you had a fortnightly payment scheduled for today (23/03/2020), our direct debit provider would have already charged your account this morning and before the particulars of the shutdown were announced. If this applies to you, please rest assured that when we reopen, we will honour the fortnight of training associated with this charge.

Will my Training Card expire during the shutdown period?

We will extend the expiry dates of all Training Cards to credit you for the shutdown period.

What happens to the Grading that I booked?

We have put all Gradings on hold until further notice in line with the NSW Government's requirements. Once we reopen, you will be able to reschedule your Grading with us.

When will the Academy reopen?

We intend to reopen as soon as the NSW Government allows us to. There is currently no definite timeline as to when this may occur, but we will keep you informed through our website and social media channels.

How can I keep up my training during the shutdown period?

We are currently working on a few innovative new ways to help you stay connected with the Academy and practise from home during the shutdown period. Watch this space!
