New Sydney HQ Timetable
Introducing our New Wing Chun Class, Now in Turbo Mode!
Our brand-new Wing Chun Turbo Mode class at Sydney HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00pm to 8:00pm is a 1-hour adrenaline-pumping sweat session built around practical self defence, strength training and core conditioning.
Like our standard Wing Chun classes, all Turbo Mode classes are split up into small groups for each Grade, which means that you'll continue to blast through Grandmaster Jim Fung's Wing Chun Kung Fu® while getting a great workout.
We challenge you to come along and push your Wing Chun and fitness abilities to the limit.
New Sparring Classes
By popular demand, we are now running our Sparring Classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:15pm to 7:00pm.
Open to students of Grade 2 and above, these classes are a fantastic opportunity to enhance your practical self defence abilities while putting your Wing Chun skills to the test. Superset these classes with our Wing Chun Turbo Mode class for maximum results.
New Challenge Classes
Our new line-up of Challenge Classes for February are:
- Mondays 4:30pm to 5:10pm - Ripped&Ready
- Wednesdays 4:30pm to 5:10pm - Combat Circuit
- Fridays 4:30pm to 5:10pm - A.B.T.
