Join us for a FREE Kung Fu Cardio Workshop at our Sydney HQ this Women's Health Week!

This isn't your average group fitness class - our team of female trainers will take you through a super-sweaty pad-work session that will show you how you can get fit while learning to kick butt.

Tuesday 4th of September 2018
From 8:15pm to 9:00pm (Arrive at 8:00pm)

Workshop Registration

This workshop is FREE for all women and girls aged 15 and above.

Capacity limits apply to our venue, so registration is compulsory to ensure that workshops are not attended beyond capacity.

You must register to attend even if you are a current student of ours.

What to Bring?

  • Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing (e.g. gym wear)
  • Socks (important!)
  • A towel
  • A padlock to use our free locker facilities

All jewellery must be removed for safety reasons.

Women's shower and changeroom facilities are available.

What to Do on the Night?

Arrive at 8:00pm and check in with our team at the Front Desk. We'll check to see if you're on our list of attendees and provide you with a sticker to identify yourself.

Format

Our trainers will take you through an exhilarating cardio warm-up followed by a 30-minute pad-work session and core-conditioning warm-down.

This workshop is suitable for absolute beginners - our trainers will teach you how to safely punch, kick and hold the focus mitts for your training partner.

All protective equipment will be provided.
